We're Here to plan it, drive it, experience it, and celebrate it with you

Elevate Your Marathon Weekend Experience

Marathon Caddy takes the stress out of race weekend so you can focus on what matters most—cheering on your runner and celebrating every mile of the journey.

While most spectators only catch a glimpse of their runner once along the course, your Marathon Caddy experience is designed to maximize every moment. I’ll create a personalized race-day plan that gets you to 3–4 strategic viewing locations, helping you cheer, capture memories, and be part of the race from start to finish (and yes, we'll take photos for you!).

Marathon Caddy transforms the Marathon into much more than just race day. From local recommendations and dining reservations to weekend activities and seamless logistics, I’ll help create an unforgettable experience for you and your group—so the only thing you need to focus on is the marathon ahead and making memories along the way.

And the best part? Your Caddy isn't just your driver—I’m a part of your cheer team. I’ll be with you throughout the experience, from one viewing location to the next, joining in the excitement, helping capture the moments, and making sure your group never has to navigate the day alone. I’m here to plan it, drive it, experience it, and celebrate it with you.

  • "Howard was awesome! From the time we landed, he made sure our family’s marathon trip was a once in a lifetime experience. In the days prior to the race, Howard took 15 members of my family all around Boston, showing us places only a native Bostonian knows. And race day was amazing - we saw our marathoner son on the course three times, making Marathon Monday the greatest family event ever. Marathon Caddy totally delivered!"

  • "The runner experience with Marathon Caddy was flawless. I had 10 family members come to support me. Howard and Marathon Caddy removed 100% of the stress. From the time I arrived in Boston, the only thing I had to worry about was my carb load and race. Transportation for me and my family was coordinated, restaurant reservations were made, and race day planning was led by a Boston Marathon expert. In the 2026 race, I had SIX touch points with family members in the 26.2 miles. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s more than every other runner. If every runner could have a Marathon Caddy for race week, they’d maximize the experience for themselves and the people supporting them. Having Howard and Marathon Caddy all of race weekend was a great privilege."

    Nick R.

  • "Having Howard/Marathon Caddy for Boston was a game changer! As an avid runner, I’ve traveled for many races and Howard made this one incredibly special. He knew the spots to hit, how to navigate the expo, and best of all, he was able to get my husband to see me three times on the course! That made that race so special - would absolutely work with him again!"
